Davenport at the luncheon of the Vinyl Chloride Safety Association Meeting in Bermuda as requested by the membership. I regret to inform you that our elected Chairman, Jack Zimmerman of Diamond Shamrock, recently retired because of Health reasons. Vice-Chairman Glen Schaaf has assumed the duties of Chairman and Doug Prey of Diamond Shamrock has ac cepted the position of Vice-Chairman. Plans for the 1981 meeting are progressing. The meeting will be held September 24 & 25 at the Holiday Inn at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. You should plan to arrive Wednesday, September 2j5rd. Holiday Inn is holding a block of 80 rooms from September 23 - 26 for us. The negotiated rate is $48.00 per night - single or double.
