Within hours of my call to you, the membranes were cleared and allowed to move into the United States. This prompt action restored potable drinking water to Creston and the surrounding six counties two days sooner than the water works staff had projected. This is a model of our state/federal partnership. In addition, I have suggested and I believe that, some of the damaged membranes will be headed to the ORD facility in Cincinnati to assist in determining what went wrong so quickly. Again, thank you for your assistance.
