I'd recommend watching the video prior.. I think it's about 15mins. That way we just do the breathing portion and have you sign., you will not have to go through training again on Wednesday, then.

Sounds good, other than timing. We have an operations meeting until noon at our HQ, so myself and our superintendent won't be at the mine until 1... is there anyway we can push so you can arrive around that time?
We can do the walk through, safety training and get everyone underground., no problem.
Just need names and sizes for equipment (coveralls and boots) for everyone going underground Tuesday.
No cameras/phones will be allowed underground on Tuesday, since we'll need Msha approval. Give me a ring if you have any questions.

Thank you so much for all your help with this trip. As mentioned, a couple of advance agents, myself, and probably Amy from our press shop will be coming in on Tuesday, the 11thto do a walk through for Wednesday.
As I mentioned on the phone, we will want to mirror his steps for Wednesday which includes going underground. We will be arriving into PA at 9:45AM on Tuesday and will likely check in to our hotel first. I know that Harvey Mine is an hour from the airport. 12PM would probably be best for us to come over. Would that work for you?
