INTRODUCTION This report covers special spectroscopy studies carried out by tteSpectroscopy Group at St. Louis during 1969. The individual report sections were issued on a continuing basis during 1969. These special studies were undertaken to solve spectroscopy problems encountered by the business groups of the Organic Chemicals Division. II. GENERAL SUMMARY Six special spectroscopy studies were undertaken and completed during 1969. The studies provided data for Organic Chemicals Division projects from the CELLU-CHEM, FUNCTIONAL FLUIDS, PETROLEUM ADDITIVES and PLASTICIZERS business groups. This work is covered by PA TC-03 for the spectroscopy group, Job No. 8903309. III. NEW COMPOUNDS FOR SRC No new compounds were prepared or procured in the course of these investigations. IV.
