Enclosed is the EPA RCRA inspection report, which indicates that deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the inspection. A copy of this report has been forwarded to the GAEPD for follow-up and further evaluation in accordance with the 2003 Hazardous Waste Civil Enforcement Response Policy.
