edition of the Eouston Peso. As you will see, it reports on statements made by Dr. Arthur J. Vorwald at the Annual Meeting of the Tera> Medical Association last week.
According to Cliff Scr.ackL ir,Dr. Vorwald (who heads the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health at Wayne State University School ox Medicine in Detroit) is one of the most prominent pulmonary specialists in the country.
Mr. Scheckler stated tear Dr. Vorwald has done work for Johns-Manville and is regarded as a real authority and is presently doing sene -.o:k on the alleged asbestos/ lung cancer relationship L.i asbestos workers, under the auspices of the U. S. Public Health Service.
