The following comments and suggestions are offered on behalf of the review committee: Section IT #6 - Determine if copper/copper alloys should be avoided. If so, check for copper or brass before loading. Also, check for copper/copper alloys in-plant. Section III #2 - Answer should be yes. #3 - Answer should be yes. #7 - Answer should be no. Inadequate warning properties - cannot smell very easily. #8 - Answer should be no. Not D.O.T. corrosive. #9 - Consider listing recommended protective equipment. #10 - Need updated MSDS. Section lv Rubicon Procedures - Have the driver call the Glycol I control room and Chem-Trec. If possible, add as part of their procedure. Section v #12 - Answer should be yes. #13 - Check with Medical on the ability of local hospitals to handle P.O. exposures. #14 - consider preparing an emergency packet (MSDS's, etc.) for use on quick notice.
