This removal should conclude the asbestos abatement program that began in May 1990. On December 6. Charles Moleski from Grace performed an in-depth audit of the Newark facility. He concluded that approximately 907. of the remaining asbestos was in poor condition, and recommended removal in the near future. Mr. Moleski also had extensive conversation with members of the OAR staff and was satisfied with their ability to perform a satisfactory removal. Subject to your approval, removal is tentatively scheduled for December 29-30. 1990. We will continue to utilize the services of QAR for the actual removal and Chem Waste Management for disposal.
