Fred Herzog reports that this problem is recognized and should improve. Drinking Water--Milky Color The milky color is only due to excess air and is not a problem according to the Utilities Department. Bicycles and Trackmobile Bicycles crossing tracks by the P.E. hopper car wash station consti tute a hazard when the trackmobile is pushing several cars. This has been investigated by several people and the general agreement is that it is a hazard. Ways to correct this problem will be discussed at the next meeting.
