You may have a need for our multiphasic s dreenlng program. We have expanded our Standard Program of Multiphasic Screening on our mobile unit to satisfy the requirements as specified in the Federal Red ister (on Polyvinyl Chloride) of October 4, 1974. This program - which has be: en approved by the personnel of General Tire (Ashtabula, Ohio), Roblntech and Uniroyal (both in Plalnsville, Ohio) and Allied Chemical (Morristown, N. J.) - consists of: 1. Four (14 x 17) X-rays - 2 of chest and 2 of the hands 2. Electrocardiogram 3. SMA-12 blood test plus those specified in the Federal Register - analyzed by a licensed (42CFR-4) laboratory 4. Urinalysis Including microscopic examination 5. Expanded Pulmonary Function 6. Blood Pressure end Pulse Rate 7. Vision 8. Hearing 9. Height and weight Board Certified Medical Doctors (Internists, Pathologists, Radiologists) will be used in this service. Our mobile unit operates normally vlthin 1,000 mile radius of CL.eveland, Ohio. This range can be extended if the volume, schedule and routing makes it economically feasible for us. This unit requires no electrical nor wiiiter connections, It Is all contained on the unit. Approximately 50 persons per ishlft can be screened at any suitable location on your plant site. The charge is $83.50 per person, screening at least 100 persons at one site, The fee for the Standard Program (as listed above except only ijie X-ray instead of four, normal lung capacity test end blood tests specifically for PVC) is $60 per person. We are planning to start this PVC screening in the Cleveland area on or about November 18. If you wish to take advantage of our service in the near future and be fitted into the schedule and routing, I suggest contactinig me at your earliest convenience. We are currently scheduled to drive our unit Into Kentucky and West Virginia in January and February. There is some interest in our program In the Southeast. This means we could continue on down Into Florida.
