If you have already completed and returned the EPA questionnaire(s), thank you. If you have not yet done so, we urge you to do so as soon as possible, so that we can proceed with the data preparation. The telephone calls we have received from some of you have made us increasingly aware of the difficulties involved in compiling the necessary information, making our original deadline of December 1 impossible. We now hope to have all questionnaires returned by January 9, 1981, and will appreciate your efforts to meet that goal. You may have noticed that pages 26 and 27 of the EPA form were left blank for the possible addition of a section on production employees. The EPA has now provided these pages. We would also like to make them available to you, and ask that you complete the applicable sections for your company's plant(s), as specified.
