Recommendations: 1. 1,3,5-Triethylbenzene and carbon tetrachloride should be charged to K-21 via a siphon leg. 2. Only bromine/carbon tetrachloride should be charged to K-21 via TM-69. 3. An even number of drums of carbon tetrachloride should be used instead of some calculated amount. 4. A covered stainless steel pail should be used to charge 30% caustic to K-21. 5. Experience operators should run this job. 6. Indicate use of full acid suit when transferring drummed material (or bromine). 7. Indicate hazards of bromine. 8. Rearrange sewering operation so we don't break into a process line. 9. Indicate need for protective clothing when draining off the final product from T-35. AHP/grg
