He was escorted by Mr. J. B. Leverton to Mr. R. Van Mynen*s office and joined there by Mr. R. J. Taylor and Mrs. A. P. Yalcinkaya. The visit was initiated upon a complaint concerning the Bldg. 74 conference-lunch room. The complaint stated that employees were not allowed into the room during their morning and afternoon coffee breaks due to the meetings that were in progress at such times; therefore employees had to take their breaks at the locker room area where an unsanitary situation might be present. The Compliance Officer was supplied a roster of hourly employees upon his request to verify that the complainant was an employee. Mr. Donnelly indicated that he wished to inspect the locker room area for any unsanitary conditions. He also stated that he did not wish to take any pictures. The inspector, accompanied by Mr. Taylor and Mrs. Yalcinkaya, met Mr. Sam Munn, the union representative, and Mr. H. K. Decker, Area 2 Maintenance Superintendent, at Bldg. 74. Mr. Donnelly privately i : , UCTC 20894 OSHA Inspection v Building 74 March 18, 1977 Page 2 / ' interviewed Mr. Munn and Mr. R. L. Windham, a rigger apprentice, in the Conference room. No citation is expected to result from this inspection. ' Yours very truly. i/a P. Yalcinkaya ec .
