Many thanks for your cooperation and have a great weekend. Kind regards, From: , ENV/EHS @oecd.org> Sent: 29 September, 2023 2:24 PM Cc: , ENV/EHS < @oecd.org>; , ENV/EHS < - @oecd.org> Subject: Survey - development of a report on the life cycle of fluoropolymers 1 Message on behalf on To: Members of the OECD/UNEP Global PFC Group Dear colleagues, The Global PFC Group currently has a work activity on improving the understanding of the life cycle of polymeric PFAS. It was decided to address polymeric PFAS in the context of their three main subgroups - sidechain fluorinated polymers; perfluoropolyethers; and fluoropolymers. A Synthesis Report on Understanding Side-Chain Fluorinated Polymers and Their Life Cycle has been published and a similar report is under development for perfluoropolyethers. The challenge in developing a report on fluoropolymers is that they are a significantly more data rich subgroup of polymeric PFAS. We have then prepared a survey for you to provide feedback on the scope of that report. This survey aims to identify the priority needs for the Global PFC Group in understanding the life cycle of fluoropolymers, as well as to collect relevant information and information sources from the members of the Global PFC Group. The survey can be found here: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=1MdBrGEfDUaw9PySWitHHO6ydIhBe1FOpMpEvxwbKlhUQzVD V0VYWEo4UVEwWkM0VTFJMUNHUDUxRy4u . You are invited to complete the survey by the 17th of October. Many thanks in advance for your feedback, Best wishes, -Ange Chemical Accidents and Risk Management of Chemicals Environment, Health and Safety Division (EHS) Environment Directorate, OECD 2, rue Andr Pascal - 75775 Paris Cedex 16 http://www.oecd.org/chemicalsafety/chemical-accidents/ http://www.oecd.org/chemicalsafety/risk-management/ 2
