Tha atosh of Anaoonda load Products Company representing a total investment of #1,393,000 was transferred to International Smelting and Refining Company, a wholly owned subsidiary, in exchange for 13,500 shares of stook of that oompany haring a par slue of #1,018,500. Anaconda Lead Produets Company was then dissolved and its assets transferred to Inter* national Smelting and Refining Company, (see Surplus Account sehsduls IX (b)).
