On Aug. 30, 1946, acquired 83 1/3% in terest in El Rey P ro d u cts Co.; purchased balance of outstanding stock in 1947 and acquired d irect ownership of property and assets including 20% in te re st in stock of C alifornia Mill Supply Co., dealers in w aste paper, rags, etc.

insulating siding. There is also a w arehouse
and curing building of ab o u t 50,000 square
feet.
A plant at P ort Clinton, Ohio and a plant
near Hamlin, Tex. are used in m anufacture
of gypsum products. _
