Scott Pruitt (SP) arrives. SP will meet Aric Newhouse, Jeannine Tini Pierce and Matt
Chambers of the NAM outside of The Phoenician Grand Ballroom. SP will be escorted to the green room behind the stage. There will be snacks and drinks available in green room.
3:15 p.m.
We will have lavalier and podium microphone available.
3:30 p.m.
Session start. A short NAM video will play on large screens in the room, NAM
President and CEO Jay Timmons will ascend the stage and approach the podium and give short introductory remarks and introduce SP. SP will ascend the stage on from opposite side of the podium, greet Jay Timmons and begin remarks. SP can give remarks standing or seated (stools will be on stage).
3:35 p.m.
Remarks begin. Water will be available onstage.
3:55 p.m.
Q & A begins. SP will moderate own Q & A ? Please let us know if SP would
prefer moderator to join him on stage.
4:10 p.m.
Wrap up.
4:15 p.m.
End of session. SP walks off stage. Jay Timmons will ascend stage and thank SP.
