As general info for Amy - this afternoon, the agency is announcing the possibility of obtaining a s. 112(i) Presidential exemption for the NESHAPs that were in the March 12 reconsideration announcement. There are fact sheets on the relevant NESHAP websites that mention the exemption. I don't know the process for handling the requests, and we should discuss how to handle EOSA's situation, since they put their "request" in a letter.
