Hello Mark and Rick,
I wanted to touch base regarding this event. We are very much looking forward to it, but we just recently had some out-of-town travel surface that needs to happen around the time of this event. It is now looking like we will be out of town that week of Dec 11. Therefore, I was hoping that we could move the date of this event. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this causes, as I know you've already begun to reach out, but I'm hopeful that we can still make this a great event with strong involvement.
In offering other dates that would work for us, we could still do Wednesday, Dec. 6th. Is the Florida House still available that day?
Please let me know. We really appreciate you working with us on this and can't wait to address the group. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for your kind reply. We want to do all possible to make this an enjoyable and productive evening for Mr. Pruitt; thus, we very much welcome your questions and any suggestions. We are seeking some 40 participants three slots for Mr. Pruitt and staff, five for Members of Congress, five for media ( in the attachment you will see we have filled four slots) , two "experts," to include a commitment from the Heritage Foundation, and 27 business folks. ( As an example, Bruce Thompson, the president of AXPC, whose board Mr. Pruitt visited earlier this year, will be with us.) I send personal emails to the invites with the attachment as background on the evening. Most of the invitations have gone out . If you would like to suggest any invitations for Members of Congress, the media, experts, corporate or association executives, or whoever, I would be delighted to do so . Or, if you have any questions whatsoever for the evening, please do not hesitate to let me know
