The extended search indicates that we never had any patents relating to the following items: Calsilite 115 and 214 Insulation Cements T/NA -100 Asbestos Paper Millboard rj, >s. Akfc \ f as they were described in the attachment to Vanessa Morgan's memo. As previously advised, U.S. Patent 3,300,927 relates to T/NA 200 - a roofing product, not T/NA 100 - a pipe insulation. A copy of that patent is attached. As I read Interrogatory #8 from the information supplied to me, it relates to any U.S. or foreign patent of anyone, not just GAF. To do a search in every country for possible patent coverage relating to the above would take years and a consider able amount of money. It is therefore suggested that any response to Interrogatory #8 be prefaced with the words U.S. and GAF patents. If you have any questions, please call.
