Since this is our first claim that is health related under workman's compensation, I want to apprise all those concerned of this case. This case is being handled by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, P. 0. Box 4026, Atlanta, Georgia 30302, phone 404-873-6611. Their Mr. Russell Farmer in the Birmingham office, phone 205-879-8561, has advised me that they have answered the Summons to meet the date requirements.
