the decision to discontinue the product, the brend name of the
replacement product, end the date the replacement product first

The only product allegedly at issue in this lawsuit is acoustical plaster* To the extent that this Interrogatory requests information about asbestos-containing products manufactured by this defendant other than acoustical plasters this defendant objects on the grounds it is unduly burdensome, would subject this defendant to undue expense, is. not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence, and thare is no limitation of times applicable to plaintiff.

This defendant recognizes that OSHA, in 1972, adopted regulations concerning exposure to asbestos in the workplace as a result of its presumed recognition of a causal connection between the inhalation of asbestos and the
