FACILITY OVERVIEW AND INSPECTION OBJECTIVES Maverik's Adventure First Stop , hereinafter referred to as Maverik's , is retail station located at 237 East 120th Avenue, Thornton, CO 80233 and sells gasoline and diesel fuel. Maverik's has 16 of pumps available to dispense gasoline. The retail station The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) selected Maverik's for inspection because it sells gasoline regulated under Title II of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate Maverik's 's compliance with the gasoline standards set forth at 40 C.F.R. Part 1090, Subpart C. II. INSPECTION ACTIVITIES The EPA arrived at Maverik's at 11:20 AM on June 2, 2024 . Inspectors presented their credentials upon arrival and explained the purpose of the inspection. The inspection team received permission to take gasoline samples.
