The universal PFAS restriction work will bind capacities at EEB for the coming years, participating in RAC and SEAC, consultations, etc. All work that has to be repeated (like the PFHxA work in case the Commission keeps delaying their decision) is most likely lost effort. - Do you have specific remarks on the restriction text and its exemptions. Yes. These are the questions we would like to address in our presentation; of course more detailed remarks will be provided to the consultation on the Annex XV dossier. Are you concerned by an exemption?
