Appraisal not going well and no end in sight. However, it has been mentioned that it is possible to do an informal "approximate appraisal" to get within 20%, which would not require the vast amount of requested data. I recommend that we move forward with that. If we are within 20%, that would give us enough confidence to move forward while the formal one can continue slowly in parallel. Thoughts?
