Kind regards From: Sent: Friday, July 30, 2021 10:13 AM To: Cc: Subject: FoodDrinkEurope comments on the current drafts under discussion regarding perflourinated substances (PFAS) in food Dear At this stage of the discussions on the current drafts regarding perflourinated substances (PFAS) in food, FoodDrinkEurope would like to share with the Commission general comments on: 1) Draft Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of PFAS in certain foodstuffs; Draft Annex of the Commission Regulation draft amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of PFAS in certain foodstuffs. 2) Draft Commission recommendation on the monitoring of PFAS in food and feed We hope that the fact of providing feedback at this stage is acceptable to you and that our contribution could be considered to feed in your discussions with Member States.
