My boss recently asked about the status of the proposed rule that the Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration is developing for carbon dioxide and hazardous liquid pipelines. In the press release, the notice of proposed rulemaking hyperlink is no longer available, so I was wondering if the Trump Administration paused the rulemaking and is reviewing the previously announced rule.
