Apartments in Scottsdale, Gilbert are getting pricey
Sconsdale ranks as one of t he most expen -
sive U.S, markets for a two-bedroom
apartment, and Gilbert is one of the more
expensive multifamih markets in the
Southwest.
/ That's according to the latest apartment
data from Zumper, a San Francisco-based
apartment rental website.
The average rent for a two bedroom
in Scottsdale is $2,000. That ranks 13th
among the 100 U.S. cities examined by
Zumper. It's just behind San Diego ($2.200)
and ahead of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
i$1.900i and Portland, Oregon tSlmOO).
Scottsdale ranks 25th for a one- bed
