Attached for your review is the PCB Emergency Plan. After you have had a chance to look it over, I would like to sit down with you and answer any questions you may have.
I am sure your calendar is as full as mine, but I think we should meet as soon as you have had a chance to look at the plan and we are able to schedule a meeting.
in addition to the plan itself, we have included a sheet titled "Policy Decisions Needed for CAC Approval", another sheet on preliminary actions and PCB Emergency Plan Telephone List.

Scenario - Immediate ban on production, sale or use of PCB before volume production of MCS 1238 is ready.

ments from Krummrich Plant and warehouses (Santa

Ex-U.S.A. a. Maintain U.K. production and take separate decision within one month of a U.S. ban.
b. MESA should avoid commitment to long term supply contracts.
