I have just reviewed a full color videotape rerun of a : J 30-minute program on PCBs which appeared on WNBC, New York, on Jan. 31. . The program, titled "New York Illustrated," was narrated by Edwin Newman and is a "very heavy" mostly factual indictment of PCBs, G.E., Imports and the EPA in that order, with a couple of harmless references to Monsanto, thrown in! : V.
