I very much appreciated your calling to my attention the fact that some of your colleagues were not completely satisfied with our firm's responsiveness on the CAL-OSHA matter. I have spoken about these concerns with my partners Curtis Caton and Peter Weiner. Curt is our most senior partner responsible for the Grace account, and was consulted originally many years ago by Mario Favorito on a variety of matters. Peter is our most senior environmental specialist and the partner immediately responsible for this recent engagement.
