Stack Re: Epidemiology Study Update 1 enclose a proposal from Environmental Health Associates (EHA) to proceed with Phase IX of the vinyl chloride epidemiology study update The proposal has been reviewed and approved by the Research Coordinators No further funding of the project is required at this time. A Panel-approved $300,000 budget for this project is in place (see attached). The only adjustment which needs to be made is a transfer of contingency funds into the EHA portion of the budget. Final cost for Phase I totaled $98,595; projected cost for Phase II is $142,223; Total: $240,818. Please let me know ASAP if your company approves the Phase II proposal and use of contingency funds. A response by March 23 would be appreciated. No response by that date will be considered affirmative.
