Et h y l Ex p o r t Co r p o r a t io n Ch r y s l e r Bu il d in g 405 Le x in g t o n Av e n u e Ne w Yo RK Sept. 20, 1938 Dr. E. A. Kehoe University of Cincinnati College of Medicine - General Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio Dear Dr. Kehoe; I an attaching a carbon copy of Rik Tegner's letter to Alan Tully of September 8, which he sent here for fbrwarding to you. I an holding carbons of the two letters from Mr. fully to Mr. Bevan, dated August 11 and 13, regarding Noble*s trip through the East Indies and Malay Peninsula; also, carbon of Noble's report to Mr. fully on this trip. By this tine, you will have received copies of the mixing installation inspection re ports by Mr. Noble for Asiatic at Puloe Bukon, S.S.; Woodlands Depot, 3.S.; and, Soengei Gerong, Sumatra; and Bataafsche Petroleum Maatschappij, Balik Papan, Borneo. In the case of Asiatic at Puloe Bukom, you will notice the mixes are running over 10 a month. This will be remedied and storage space increased when the larger mixing tank is erected. To save you the task of reading the entire correspondence mentioned above, the attached extracts from Noble's report to fully, dated August 9, cover points relative to Doctors Eammacher (Sourabaya) and W. F. de Priester (Tanjon Priok), also copy of Mr. Noble's comments on N.K.P.M. (Soengei Ge rong, Sumatra). I am not sure from copies of correspondence I have received whether these reports in full were sent to you or not. If the attached ex tracts seem insufficient, please let me know and I will forward the corres pondence. We have no record here of any approval from you of doctors for Sourabaya or Batavia. It is, therefore, my assumption that you have not approved these nominations and that Mr. Tully would like to have word on this. He has probably written you direct with more detail than is given in the attached extracts from Mr. Noble's reports. RC:mw
