Dates: Location: Hotel: Tuesday, November 1 - Thursday, November 3,2005 ExxonMobil Conference Facilities, Fairfax, Virginia Tysons Corner Ritz Carlton The meeting would begin with dinner on Tuesday and conclude Thursday. Please hold these dates. The meeting will follow a similar format as previous meetings. Wednesday will be a plenary session where the investigators will present reports on study progress. This will take most of the day to allow time for questions and answers. Thursday will be the opportunity for the Scientific and Ethic Review Panels to meet, both on their own and with the investigators. I want to thank Dr. Fu and his team in China for offering to host our meeting and apologies to all for our change in plans. We look forward to an exciting and successful annual meeting.
