The sprayed on acoustical treatment on the ducts and ceiling can be characterized as being:
o Already damaged by impact, vibration and "air erosion", and susceptible to further damage from those sources;
o Highly accessible to anyone working in these areas; o Located in high-occupancy and high-activity areas; o Susceptible to impact and vibration; o Contiguous to a source of fiber circulation throughout
the building via the HVAC system;

o Already disturbed due to approximate 2 1 by 41 cut made into the ACM of the storeroom ceiling (which was done to determine cause of leak from second floor).
