REPORT OM MEMBERSHIP Tha Secretary reported the Board had. approved by ballot the seebershlpe of 0. C. Kelley & Ooaapany, Johnson City, Tennessee, and Metallurgical Resources, Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and these would be ratified by the Board at Its nesting tomorrow somlng. The Secretary also reported the following resignations since the previous Annual Meetings Cambridge Saielting Company, Coelnoo Ltd., Bede Mining Company, Minerals Reclamation Corp., .and Tsumeb Corporation, Ltd.
