I just wanted to let you know that we are officially a "GO" for next Friday, June 30th . Same time, same place, same set up. We'd be happy to arrange another walk-through on Thursday if you think it's necessary. We'll be sending re-invitation emails to our original guest list to confirm attendance later today.

Thanks for getting back to us on this. As of right now, a lunch event next Friday, June 30th works for us internally. That said, we need to reach out to and confirm with our vendors, the venue, etc. to make sure we can get all our external ducks in a row in time. Would it be alright to get back to you all tomorrow morning with a confirmation?

I finally have connected with our banquet manager at the club. They said they might be able to work with us if we could reschedule for some time next week. I am not sure if they is pushing it but might that be possible? If not could you provide us with
