The pipe is insulated with friable asbestos insulaeion, so Insulation will be removed as Che first step, and landfill in ehe designated asbestos landfill located on the plant sice. All precautions, outlined in 40 CFR 61.20-61.25. will be observed. This letter will serve as a notification of this work, as required by 10 CFR 61.22 (d) (2).
