Simpson: l Tou 7lll recollect along about tie first part of June, 1937, I shewed 70U a report covering a study of dust control methods in this riant, said report having been made by representatives of the united States Public wealth Department in collaboration with the South Carolina State Board of Health, ^s you sill recollect, this report was considered as showing that our method of dust control was very effecient. In fact, according to conversations which the writer had with representatives of the State 3oard of Health and the united States Public Service Department, ic was understood that these geatlecen had decided that this Plant should be considered as tna Hodel Plant of these United States to which other asbestos nanufacturers would have to work to attain the 3ana results. You will also recollect that we advised that we had not as yet completed, at that tics, all of tha equipment in connection with dust control in the fwistlng and binding Department, and the South Carolina State Board of Health representatives agreed that whan we felt that we had com pleted the equipment in the departments as mentioned above they would like'to oaks another study of these departments.
