We have analyzed FC-143 by spectrophotometry using methylene-blue. In case of this method, detergent which is usually used may be also detected with FC-143. . So, we doubt whether this is appropriate method to detect F-143 only. If you have any better analytical method than methylene-blue method, please let us know.
