Inspector observed Calgary Energy, LLC run in hole to 2400 feet and tag the top of the bottom cement plug, then mud the hole from 2400 feet to 450 feet. Operator then
perforated the casing at 450 feet, 350 feet and 250 feet. Operator then ran in to 450
feet below the surface and circulated 84 sacks of cement to the surface. Inspector
observed cement standing at the surface in the casing with no fall back.
