Single oral dose to standard rats LD50 (amount which kills one-half of the animals tested) 8.16 grams per kilogram body weight. Single skin absorption by rabbits, one-day dam test 20 milliliters per kilogram killed one of four. Thirty day inhalation by rats 4,000 parts per million for eight hours per day had no effect. Primary Irritation, rabbit belly vesicant test Undiluted gave no Irritation. Eye Injury from fluid to rabbits An excess gave a trace of injury. OCn Nr. I. A.
