Pursuant to the AOC, Rio agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 29 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than December 29, 2020). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 29, of all work completed under the AOC, dated July 31, 2020. Upon review, EPA hereby confirms that you have completed all requirements under the AOC satisfactorily.
