Box 699 Pottstown, PA 19464 RE: VINYL CHLORIDE SAFETY ASSOCIATION Dear Joe, I just wanted to take this opportunity to check with you and see if there is anything we should be doing regarding the upcoming annual meeting of the Vinyl Chloride Safety Association. We have received a lot of reservations from your suppliers such as PPG Industries and Akzo Chemie, but very few reservations from the- general membership. I assume that those will come in closer to your meeting dates. I would like to suggest that you publish our 800 number in your newsletter and any place else you can so that your attendees have' the opportunity to make their reservations. As you know, our cut-off date for reservations at the $60.00 rate is September 10, 1984. Reservations received after that time are on a first come, first served basis. If you need for us to be working on your meeting arrangements, just have your program director contact Jeannie Burdon and we can get started on that.stuff for you. We have done a lot of the hospitality arrangments with the various suppliers already, so I think we have a good handle on that. One thing is for sure, we want this to be the best meeting you have ever held, and any information that you can give us in advance will assist us in that process.
