This approval does not provide relief from the requirements of any regulations and shall remain valid until terminated by the Department, subject to the following conditions: 1. All packagings must bear an oxidizer label and must be separated from corrosive materials. 2. Outside containers are limited to DOT 6D, 15A, 15B, and 12B.. i 3. All materials must be loaded at a temperature of 30F or less and be maintained at that temperature while in transportation. 4. Transportation is authorized in trailers, containers or vans capable of maintaining the temperature required in condition 3. 5. Drivers must be familiar with points along the transportation route at which repairs can be made to refrigeration equipment or at which dry icc can be obtained. 6. The pH factor of the material must be so controlled that the rate of decree of Glycidol shall not exceed 2 percent per day at 140F. 7. A copy of this approval must accompany each shipment and SA-810102 must be marked on all shipping papers. 3. The Approvals Branch, in addition to the requirements of 49 CFR Sections 171.15 and 171.16, must be notified of any incident involving polymerization or loss of contents of mater;al shipped under this approval. 9. The Approvals Branch must be advised annually, within 30 days of the end of the calendar year, of the shipping experience of material covered by this approval.
