It is convenient to send th is in now p rio r to the end of the year, since our w ork in this relationship has been com pleted. I have had a re q u e st fo r 150 copies of th e re p o rt by one of the m en in the D ep artm en t of H ealth of New York who wants them fo r the in fo rm atio n of p erso n n el of the D epartm ent. I p rep ared this re p o rt with the idea of its being used for educational purposes, and when I presented it for the inform ation of the Ad Hoc C om m ittee of the Public Health Service yesterday, this som ewhat astonishing request was m ade. la m w illing, of course, to have these reproduced a t our expense, fo r such a public serv ice, since the stencils a re available. .
