Subject: What says EPA in re court decision on pesticide applicators rule?
Greetings, Last week, the U.S. district court in California ruled the EPA improperly delayed the 2017 regulation that, among a number of steps, would bar minors from handling restricted use pesticides. The court said the rule would take effect immediately. The case is 17-cv-03434-JSW, Pineros y Campesinos Unidoes del Noroeste et al v EPA. What is EPA's response to the ruling?
