The well was perforated at 750 feet. 300 sacks of class A cement were circulated from 750 feet to surface. Inspector observed cement circulating to surface and standing at the surface with no fallback. Inspector observed completion of well plugging operations in accordance with the EPA approved plugging procedures. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure surface restoration is completed.
