In response to a National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) Current Intelligence Bulletin published bn August 8, 1975 and in response to a paper which was delivered orally at Mt. -Sinai Hospital in 1975, General Motors undertook the activities specified in its answer to Interrogatory No. 10(e), supra, despite the fact that the validity of both the Mt. Sinai report and the NIOSH Current Intelligence Bulletin were and continue to be subject to considerable scientific dispute.
