Wesley A. Songer, president of the concern, said the program would establish five groups that would operate as independent companies. Each division will have its own manufacturing, en gineering, sales and control de partments. x Mr. Songer said the decen tralization would result in more rapid service to wholesale dis tributors and industrial cus tomers. The new divisions include: in dustrial products group, Chi cago; plumbing-heating-air con ditioning group, Johnstown, Pa.; Crane Supply Company, Chicago; systems and controls group, headquarters yet to be named; and the international group, New York City.
